Some people test their limits by climbing mountains, Josh tested his by skiing off his grandparents’ roof at age six. That early determination set the tone for Josh’s professional life, leading him to a 20+ year career as a tech founder. At 6’4″, Josh may not physically look up to many people. Still, he admires the underdogs and grit-shown heroes who turn smart timing and raw talent into meaningful impact.

You might find Josh skiing, running a sub-15-minute 5k, or cheering on his youngest daughter by the pool as an “over-the-top-swim-dad.” One place you won’t find him is in an elevator – he prefers to take the stairs. Living by his German grandmother’s wisdom of “one day at a time,” Josh has found his version of success with a brilliant social scientist wife finishing her PhD at UCLA, a midcentury modern home in San Diego, and two beautiful daughters.
